In the morning, we went to the school and then we went to the Croke Park. It is a stadium for all the teams. This stadium is for playing Hurling and Gaelic football. The capacity of the stadium is for 83840 people. It's so big and beautiful.

We visited the stadium and practiced these sports, they were so difficult! . Here is some information about Gaelic Football that we learned there. Gaelic football is a sport that is typical in Ireland. It is the most popular sport with hurling and rugby in Ireland. Gaelic football is played in teams with 15 players in a rectangular grass pitch with H-shaped goalposts at each end. The principal objective of this game is score a point kicking and dropping the ball in the goalpost of the rival team. The team that has more points at the end of the match wins.
And then we learned about another game called hurling. The objective of the game is for players to use a wooden stick called a Hurley to hit a small ball between the opponents' goalposts either over the crossbar for one point, or under the crossbar into a net guarded by a goalkeeper for one goal, which is equivalent to three points. The ball it can be kicked, or slapped with an open hand (the hand pass). A player who wants to carry the ball for more than four steps has to balance the ball on the end of the stick, and the ball can only be handled twice while in his possession.
We had fun and the stadium was so nice. Later, we went to the Disco and it was so fun. Then we came home and that's all for today.
